These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hwaisoultions.com (the “Website”), operated by HW AI Solutions LLC (“HW AI Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website is an informational and inquiry website. It does not currently process purchases. Any automation, consulting, implementation, maintenance, or other client service is subject to a separate written proposal, order form, statement of work, or services agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the contracted services.

HW AI Solutions provides information about services that may include AI automation, chatbots, WhatsApp and messaging workflows, CRM integrations, lead management and follow-up systems, business process automation, implementation support, and consulting. Website descriptions are general and do not guarantee availability, compatibility, outcomes, implementation timelines, or pricing. A contact-form submission, meeting, discussion, estimate, or proposal does not create a client relationship unless the parties enter a written agreement.

3. No Online Purchases

The Website does not currently accept payments or complete purchases. Prices, demonstrations, examples, case studies, or descriptions on the Website are informational and may change. Payment terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, service levels, data responsibilities, and project deliverables will be stated in the applicable client agreement.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law, the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Website, and each party consents to venue there. Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and at least 30 days of discussion.
